FixFirst's output — including priority rankings, dietary suggestions, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle actions — is generated by AI based on published clinical guidelines and population-level research. It is not tailored to your full medical history and cannot account for all individual circumstances.

You should always discuss any changes to your health regimen — including supplements, diet, or exercise — with your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before acting on them.

FixFirst makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, evidence-based information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output for your specific situation. Lab reference ranges, clinical guidelines, and medical evidence evolve over time — the information in FixFirst reflects our best current knowledge but may not always be up to date.

AI extraction of lab values from PDFs and images is not infallible. Always verify your values against your original report before acting on them.
